House of Velvet Crown offers multiple luxury hair collections with a variety of lengths.

* Signature Collection (Raw Hair): Standard lengths range from 12–30 inches. Extended lengths of 32–40 inches are available in select Straight and Body Wave options.

* Velvet Collection (Virgin Hair): Standard lengths range from 12–30 inches. Extended lengths of 32–40 inches are available in Straight and Body Wave textures.

* Crown Reserve Collection (Premium Raw Indian Hair): Available in lengths from 12–30 inches in Straight and Wavy textures.

Extended lengths may require an additional 2–3 business days of processing time. Availability varies by collection and texture.

For most installations, two to three bundles are recommended. Customers selecting lengths of 22 inches or longer may prefer three or more bundles for additional fullness.

Many of our raw hair products may be professionally colored or lightened. We recommend consulting a licensed stylist and completing a strand test before making any chemical changes.

Coloring or chemically altering the hair voids eligibility for a return or exchange.

Yes. Most textures can be heat styled. Always use a heat protectant and avoid excessive temperatures to help preserve the integrity of the hair.

Processing is the time required to prepare an order. Shipping begins after the order has been transferred to the carrier.

In-stock merchandise generally processes within 3-5 business days. Special-order merchandise generally processes within 7–10 business days.

Standard U.S. shipping is $12.95. Orders of $300 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping after discounts and before applicable taxes. Expedited shipping options are available at carrier-calculated rates.

Customers should contact House of Velvet Crown immediately. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after processing begins. Special orders cannot be canceled once fulfillment or production has started.

Yes. House of Velvet Crown accepts eligible return requests within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Customers must contact us within the 7-day window to request return authorization before sending any merchandise back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, House of Velvet Crown will cover the return shipping costs.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise. Exchanges are handled by placing a new order.”
