Signature Collection bundles are offered in lengths from 12 to 30 inches, subject to availability.

For most installations, two to three bundles are recommended. Customers selecting lengths of 22 inches or longer may prefer three or more bundles for additional fullness.

Many of our raw hair products may be professionally colored or lightened. We recommend consulting a licensed stylist and completing a strand test before making any chemical changes.

Yes. Most textures can be heat styled. Always use a heat protectant and avoid excessive temperatures to help preserve the integrity of the hair.

Processing is the time required to prepare an order. Shipping begins after the order has been transferred to the carrier.

In-stock merchandise generally processes within 2–3 business days. Special-order merchandise generally processes within 7–10 business days.

Standard United States shipping is $9.99. Orders of $200 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
