These Terms govern your use of houseofvelvetcrown.com and purchases from House of Velvet Crown, operated by House of Velvet Crown LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below, to the extent permitted by law.
Using our store
You must have the legal capacity to enter a purchase agreement or permission from a parent or guardian who accepts responsibility. Provide accurate order and contact details. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, or infringement of another person's rights.
Products and availability
Review product descriptions, lengths, quantities, textures, and customization options before purchasing. Human hair may naturally vary in color, wave pattern, and appearance; permitted natural variation does not excuse a product that fails to match its description. Photographs and screens may display colors differently. Stock and customization availability can change.
Prices and orders
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Promotions are subject to their stated terms. We may correct errors and contact you before proceeding with an affected order. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund payment for unfulfilled merchandise. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.
Shipping, returns, and custom orders
Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Complimentary standard U.S. shipping applies to merchandise subtotals of $300 or more after discounts and before taxes. Processing and carrier transit are separate. Custom specifications, pricing, and processing estimates must be disclosed before purchase. Custom items are excluded from change-of-mind returns, subject to applicable rights for defective or incorrect goods.
Care and product use
Follow our product-specific care guidance. Results and longevity depend on care, installation, and styling. Improper use or alteration may affect return eligibility, subject to applicable law. Review beauty-product ingredients and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Content and third-party services
HVC branding, original photographs, written materials, and other protected content may not be copied or commercially reused without authorization, except as permitted by law. Payment processors, carriers, and linked third-party services may have additional terms applicable to their services. We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us as the seller.
Responsibility, disputes, and updates
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please contact us first to seek resolution of any concern. Arizona law governs to the extent permitted, without overriding mandatory protections applicable to you.
We may revise these Terms prospectively by posting an updated effective date. Purchases remain subject to the terms disclosed when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law or mutually agreed.
