Shipping Rate

  • Standard shipping within the United States is a flat rate of $9.99.

  • Orders of $200 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the United States.

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Generally processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Special-order or customized items: Generally processed within 7–10 business days.

Processing time does not include carrier transit time, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen shipping delays.

Shipping Confirmation

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. House of Velvet Crown is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Customers should contact the company immediately if an address correction is needed. Once an order has shipped, an address change may not be possible.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, delivery timing and tracking updates are controlled by the carrier.

Customers should contact House of Velvet Crown if tracking shows an unusual delay so assistance can be provided with initiating a carrier inquiry. House of Velvet Crown does not guarantee replacement of packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
